Epcinfo, is your one stop solution.We carry out our own energy performance assessments and compile all reports ourselves, there by cutting out the middle man and passing the saving on to the you.We have been established since January 2008. All of our staff are City & Guild qualified.

The advice and certification is from a fully accredited professional company and is covered by professional indemnity for up to 15 years from the date of survey activity, and by public liability insurance.

We appreciate that conducting a survey involves entering your property, however this is a non intrusive assessment , and we ensure all surveys are conducted in a friendly, discreet and courteous manner.

We offer a weekend service .Surveys can be carried out at weekend at no extra cost,often at short notice.
